Most stains can be cleaned, but some set-in or old stains may be difficult to completely remove. We always do a stain treatment prior to laundry or dry cleaning, then do a final check afterwards. We sometimes re-clean to make sure the stain is cleaned.

Yes, we provide 24 hours express services for no additional charge for most laundry and dry cleaning garments. However, we recommend three day service to allow sufficient time for a thorough cleaning, as some stains require two or more cleaning cycles to get a get removed.

Recommended steps:

  1. Check pockets & remove personal items
  2. Point out specific stains
  3. Place in a durable bag or use our branded bag
  4. Wait for the driver to collect it at the allocated time slot
  5. If left unattended, place the bag in a safe place and add a note with your online order of its location
